Hi, I’m an architecture student working on a Hearst Tower model in Revit 2027 using Dynamo. I’ve created a Python Script node and geometry outputs, but my DirectShape.ByGeometry node is returning null. would be really glad if saw at a glance

The List.GetItemAtIndex nodes are missing the index inputs. You need to input integer numbers corresponding to the items from the Python Script node output.
Also, for future reference, it helps if you share a screenshot of the error message by hovering your mouse over the warning (
) or include the text of the error message, which you could capture with Windows text extractor (Win key + Shift key + T).

we can always see if a node need input then the port is red and if have blue input it have a default value and input is an option..
This should be selectable and copy-able in Dynamo directly again, and if not Graph Node Manager (in the extensions menu) can copy all warnings and info states.
Dynamo 3.4 so anyone in 2026 or 2027 - 1/2 of all supported builds for Revit and Civil 3D.
