Why the coordinates are not the same?

Is the tag family you are using tagging the co-ordinates by orgin?

Probably using relative coordinates vs internal. Dynamo is always relative to the internal coordinates system vs the Revit one if it’s been adjusted.

The Genius Loci package has nodes which can correct points by coordinate system if needed.

Maybe you also have Rotation involved? Angle to True North?
