I would like to combine selected Filled Regions into one (e.g. below). I know that it sounds a bit complicated to make it work. But is it possible at all? If not, do you know any workarounds? Thanks.

Nice, here is a similar approach to @sovitek one, but with a different technique to get the final shape.
It is creating solids but still works pretty fast. I thought this gif was fun.
