Civil 3d Pressure Network copying multiple pipes at a time to multiple x ,y,z

Dear all,
I am working with a telecom network where need to model conduits which having different configurations like 3x110 dia pipes in top row then 3x 110mm pipes in bottom raw etc.
I am creating conduits from pressure network in civil 3d, and then copying manually as required to sideways and to bottom.
How dynamo can help me out to carry this more faster?
Also, is there is a dynamo available for swapping multiple pressure pipes?

Change diameter of pressure network

Hello community I have drawn a pressure network with 900 mm of diameter, but know i want to change all the pipes and fittings to 800mm. How i would do that?

Copying pressure pipes

I figured it out with the help of some colleagues at work. My first approach in Python was producing a shallow copy of the pressure pipe. To finish things off I just add a few more lines to add the shallow copied object to a PressureNetwork using the AddPipe method. C3D didn’t automatically rename the PressurePipes copied so I did that in Python as well through the COM api (ie AcadObject.Name)
