How does Coordinate system work in Civil 3D. Dynamo Geometry does not get created in the same location in Civil 3D ?
You are creating block reference using block reference extension by geometry. The location parameter is the insertion point of the block.
Check the attached drawing and script, it might give you an idea of how it works.
