Check if Scheduled Field is Hidden Field on Schedule?

I’m creating a script to help automate schedule creation and need a way to collect the parameters in a schedule, and then filter out the hidden fields. A few of the old posts I’ve tried have links that have gone bad, so was hoping to find a solution here. Any node I’ve try that checks hidden won’t accept Schedule Views, but it sounds like something that should be possible.

Is there a node/package I don’t know about? Does this require a Python solution?

Set Schedule Field to Hidden

I’m trying to set some of my schedule fields to be hidden using the IsHidden property (link) I found on RevitAPIDocs. Seems pretty straight forward but something seems to be going over my head. I’ve tried getting and setting the property but everything returns the same warning. Am I missing a reference? Gotta be something simple. I’ve got it working with Python now, thanks! Is it possible that there’s a node already made for this somewhere? I hop around Revit versions a lot and it would be great if I didn’t have to worry about code mis-matching with different versions…
