Can't Install Vasari

I'm trying to install Vasari on my computer but it wont install. I ran it as administrator, turned off my antivirus and firewall still it wont install. When i open the setup file, nothing happens. I need to use it asap. Please help.

Sorry to tell you this, but Vasari Beta 2 won't run on Windows 8. We are working on this issue.
