Can the dynamo sandbox be used with Adsk Fusion 360? Please suggest how if it is possible
Not at this time.
As of this announcement there is no longer any tie between Fusion and Dynamo. I suggest asking the Fusion 360 for a formal integration of this is something you would want, via the official feedback channels here: Fusion 360 Feedback Forum - Autodesk Community.
