Can you show us the preview of the Get All Elements from Linked Model node?
Have you checked for unplaced Rooms in the linked model?(they have no geometry)
Can you try Geometry+?

Get All Elements from Linked Model asks for LinkDoc, not the link instance. I think Clockwork and some other packages have nodes for linked files that provides the actual linkdoc. Use that instead.
