Bug tracking, error reporting, suggestions

Do any of you guys use anything like github or bitbucket for Dynamo stuff within your firms?

I don’t mean the ones of you who are doing real programming (can’t think of a better way to write that)…

I’m talking about people who write Dynamo scripts for company use.

I’m thinking for Dynamo scripts, updates to the companies Dyno scripts and for users to tell us when something’s broken or if they have suggestions (so they’re not ringing me 10x a day )

We’ve just implemented a windows pop-up with a MS teams form … but I’d prefer something we can incorporate with TODO lists and who’s fixing what lists.

Suggestions gratefully received

We use a true issues ticketing system called JitBit. It is combine ned with our IT Techs as well so we can pass tickets back and forth if it’s hardware or software related. It works really well to keep folks out of the voice mail. I’d suppose GitHub could be used in a similar fashion, but you’d need all your staff to have logins if you wanted to privately add them to the company repo I’d guess? Unless it’s public.
