I’ve developed a script that will tag all of the elements in the view, the tagging works but with it I get a lot of blue lines and dots as seen in the img.
Can anyone suggest a way to get rid of them if possible?

That’s just the Revit Background Preview from your current graph. It’s a temporary overlay that will go away after you close the graph. You can also toggle it off or on from the View settings.
