The “BlockReference.DynamicPropertyNames” node doesn’t seem to work in Civil3D 2025.
“BlockReference.DynamicPropertyByName” doesn’t work either.
I have used the same file with the same blockreferences and the same script in C3D23 and C3D25 but I don’t get an output in C3D25…
Does anyone have the same problems?
Or an idea how I can get the properties in another way?

Would you be able to share the DWG and DYN? Feel free to send me a private message if needed.
Also, can you confirm which version you are using? A screenshot of the Civil 3D ABOUT dialog is fine.
I have the same problem, the node gives a list null values.
The behaviour doesn’t just exist in new scripts, but also with examples from this forum that were deemed to work at the moment they were posted.
Revit 2024 is also installed, maybe that affected the dynamo-nodes.
Have you tried to update to C3D 2025.1?
Yes, I have tried it now on a fresh install of 2025.1, and there it works.
Sadly we are version locked due to project requirements.
