BIMorph Package warning

Not sure if this is the right forum but I haven’t found any troubleshooting elsewhere.

When running the script I received the warning from the snip below, I uninstalled and reinstalled then the script ran, but the following day the error came back.

I will try reverting back from V5.X of the package to V4.X to see if that makes a difference.

I tried install BIMorph V4 which is now prompting a new warning.

Using the Sparrow node I get the same error, and using the Crumple Node it returns null.

Which Dynamo and Revit version are you using?

Revit 2024.2 and Dynamo 2.19.3.10292

In the case or crumple provide a list of categories, use list.create if its one category.

We cant see your inputs so they may be an issue also.

The inputs are all Link Instances which is consistent with the other scripts I’ve used with for these nodes.

In the case of my nodes they aren’t as dynamic with input list structures. See below the single/multi-link approach.

You might need to use an older version of BiMorph - not sure the latest works with Dynamo 2.x and Dynamo 3.x.

Thanks, this worked although I’ve run into a different issue where the BIMorph node cannot run without using the node from the package to collect the elements.

The final script is a basic MEP reticulation vs Wall identification process to place a penetration request, I believe there’s other nodes although I’d ideally like to use BIMorph as I find it the easiest to work when the other models have the wrong internal origin, although I will go search for them now.

I installed version 4 which changed the error to the snip below, where the Sparrow node is giving the same error as well.

What I can’t figure out is that I’ve used the package for months before this then after no updates to Revit or Dynamo it stopped.

Supposed to be resolved in the latest version of the package (ETA late May, early June 2025)
