Batch Import CSV - each CSV file name to be a new point group

Source is hundreds of CSV point data files. Fortunately the column definition is constant for all. This new script should add all COGO Points for each CSV file - and put the points in a new Point Group Name that matches the name of the CSV file.
I have the single ImportCSV to COGO Points working

But I havent figured out how to do the best part yet… : ( to apply the ImportCSV to each file then place the COGO Points ins a new Point Group with the same name as the CSV file
