I want to understands basic terminology and usage of function of nodes. I tried to understand by referring some basic tutorial but i couldn’t understand them. Is there any handbook available to learn the basics of dynamo?.

Using Dynamo, of course, does not have a singular goal, so even if you know every thing about it doesn’t mean you can use it.
Set a goal for yourself and then research and ask for help on how to achieve it.
