Autocomplete feature cannot be applied for some methods in IDE

Hi, I just started learning python scripting and RevitApi,

and have settled up both environments for PyCharm & VS Code referenced from this thread:

Add .dll reference to get the Intellisense

Got the answer from @gtalarico. I had to disasble the linter

but some methods still cannot use autocomplete,

please tell me what else should I import for solving this problem?
