AutoCAD Layer colors to Revit

Hey everyone,

When I import / link AutoCAD drawing to Revit (2022) and include the Preserve color option, then the colors still get mostly changed. I would like to quickly correct this with Dynamo but I can only see doing this through excel. Is there a node or another way to read the color set to the layer in AutoCAD?

Hi @RevitRobot,

Pot sure if I understood properly, but you could use the CADLayer ObjectStyle node from the Genius Loci package wit the output Line Colors.
It is however possible that it returns the same colors as in Object Styles.

Unfortunately that’s what it does. It reads the colors from Revit after the import.
