AutoCAD & Dynamo?

Still new and learning, so I’m constantly needing to verify my assumptions.
Can Dynamo scripts alter DWG directly?
I’ve seen a few posts that refer to Civil which I haven’t had to use yet and the rest jump to C# and .NET, which will be a larger learning curve to get started. So I wanted to make sure I wasn’t missing something first. I see packages for importing & exporting. Should that be enough to import multiple DWG files, move their sheets around and then export them back as a single file?

Likely best to utilize Dynamo for Civil 3D, which is the officially supported method. That said there is also the LinkDWG package which can get you some functionality at the cost of slower execution speed and a less stable environment.
