Okay, so I am brand new to Dynamo, but I have seen and watched demonstrations on the program. I know it can be done, I just know.
If there is anyone out there that has ran this, or even though about it, I would love to get a good sense of direction when I start to work on this. I have found several good discussions on how to pull information out of Revit and into assemblies and even from Assemblies so I plan to start with those.
Final wish - the way I see it working:
- Run to pull Generic and structural elements in to assemblies
- Take certain specified views from assemblies, labeled of course, translate 2d line work into cnc language
- Once completed, be able to combine a number of outputs into one file or multiple files
