I was wondering if there is away to get the area from polycurves, i would like to filter my list so i only see polycurves with an area higher than “x”

Why don’t you just use the areas of the surfaces that you derive the curves from?

Not a stupid question at all. In your case using the surface area is the easy way out. In other cases where the polycurve is not derived from a surface it would be very nice to be able to query a polycurve’s area directly (which, alas, isn’t possible - you would first have to create a surface from it).
