Area boundary, surface do not detect boundary (need to be adjust in the project)

Hi there,

So I want to automate area plan creation base on a room parameter (obj : calculate apartment surface).

So this is what I get :

In the model, if I trimed corner of all boundary the surface detect boundary.

Found it, the problem come from angle.

So basically I was trying to do an offset with curves. So the solution was to create polycurves, before doing an offset and transform them again in curve to create area
