"And" node returns "null"

Hellow:

I’m new using dynamo and I’m having a problem trying to do a logic operation and, i want to filter a list with numbers between 15 and 30 and the condition is null, I don’t know how to do it.

The node you were looking for is the && node. That node has a different function. Check out the dictionary for more info.
