All elements above View Range Cut plane to change to hidden/dotted line in Floor plan

Is it possible to change the linetype of elements to hidden/dotted line when it is above the view range cut plane in Floor plan - using Dynamo?

Probably yes, what have you tried so far in Dynamo?

No need for Dynamo. Just use an underlay.
