Al elements at level will not include stairs and beams

We try to select all elements at a level, stairs and beams are not found.
Is there a solution or workaround

For beams, there is a node in Rhythm

*edit- and stairs can be retrieved this way. (one of many ways)

Thank´s John, with a bit of localisation, (german “Referenzebene”) everything works well.
