Add keynote to elements

I am trying to add the keynotes for the file element’s types from the project keynotes, but I cannot set keynote parameter.

I have already made this step. now, I am asking if there is a way to assign every keynote to the corresponding element.

Just to give you the background on this: type parameters have to be set on the FamilyType just like instance parameters have to be set on the FamilyInstance. If you get the family type from the element you can set the keynote parameter with the native nodes.
