Is it possible to add baselines to a corridor from featurelines?
The corridor already exists.

No you cannot as the “Add Featureline as Baseline” Method is not exposed by the C3D API.
It maybe possible to either write a Dynamo Graph or find a script that converts a Featureline into an alignment and profile mind.

Converting the baselines to an alignment is not an option for me. I need/want the dynamic connection between the featureline and the corridor.
Then the baselines have to be added manually. 
You can probably add this as a feature request in the Civil 3D forum to see if it can be exposed to the API eventually
