Where can i get this type of node?

Hi I am trying yo find this node function in search box of dynamo but am not finding it out. It is much appreciated if someone tells me the where can i found this X, Y, Z nodes in dynamo library.

These look like GetItemAtIndex Nodes which someone has renamed.

One of the reasons I tell people to make these kind of annotations in a Note instead of renaming the Nodes.

@nisarcmd Hovering over the node will give you the original name of the renamed node
