That website was woefully out of date so we discontinued it. We do have future plans to provide something better, but in the short-term please try using Fuget - https://www.fuget.org/packages/DynamoVisualProgramming.Core 
It’s an auto-scraper of all Nuget packages, including Dynamo’s.

I clicked on the link in your post, but it says I’m blocked. Do you know of a way to resolve this particular item?
Fuget is (was) an open-source project that hasn’t been developed I believe.
