Use Dynamo to get information from revit

Hi guys.

I am trying to write a scrip which can help me to get all the frame names and each length. I am new to dynamo and just try to learn it step by step. Here is what I have so far and I don’t really know what’s with the scrip. Would you mind to share some of your thoughts. I really appreciate your help. I really want to learn dynamo to help my precon team. If someone has some good scrips to share, please let me know and I would love to learn from it.

Are you looking to group your structural framing elements by length?

I am looking to group all the same elements together and sum up to a total length.

@nameaname Just Add “Math.Sum” node at the end.
