Sweep profile along path

Hello!
I want to sweep a profile along a path. Here is a picture of what i want:

I’ve read some topics here about sweeping and from that i made this:

This is however not what i’m after. i want to do it in revit. I am looking for something similiar to the method for creating a rail along a path:
Autodesk.Revit.DB.Architecture.Railing.Create
Or even better: a node that does what i want.
I created the sweep by component -> model-in-place -> sweep -> select path
