Surface by Multiple Different Curves

I am trying to create a surface by merging multiple different size curves along a single curve path.

In image Curve A, B & C have a different radius and I am trying to merge all three curves into a single surface along the curve path (PATH).

I tried to sweep but the surface I got along a curved path having a common radius.

Also the Loft not working.

Any suggestion on how I can get the surface…
