I wanna share a little trick i did
I created a Mass Family with just one point (not adaptive) in it.
I then gave it all sorts of shared parameters where i could store certain information in Revit
Although this Family is only visible in certain specific conditions and it does not interfere with the rest of my project i placed it somewhat hidden in other geometry already placed.
Now i could create a schedule where all information is gathered
I did one for file date and name of the Linked files.
I used the Mark parameter to create a certain order.
And wrote a script to populate it with the data.
It worked for me in R2022.1
