Starting with python in Dynamo, Civil 3d

Hello all,

I started working with python in Civil 3d and I have no idea about how to start. I found very little resource on the internet with regards to Python in Civil 3d. Also, can someone tell me there is anything like Revit lookup in civil 3d?
