Spot slopes of pipes

Haha maybe I would like it if I more understand Python and Revit API

Maybe I’m writing wrong things in google and I don’t see it, because what I found is:

Spot slope in Dynamo

I don’t think creation of spot slopes are open in the API, thus not possible to create such element through Dynamo. [Screenshot_20171125-094400]

But this is from 2017, so I thought that maybe something changed.
