I would like to combine all elements’ solids into one solid.
But when I used ‘Solid.ByUnion’ node, the error comes out (EDGECOIN PROBLEM).
I already tried to explode all element solid into surfaces and re-joined it, but the outcome was same.
Anyone who had the same problem??
Hi Ella,
There is unlikely an easy fix. Boolean operations on solids fail at some point in most software. Usually co-planar faces (faces in the same place), or very tiny overlaps will cause errors. Could you upload or share a link to the smallest part of your project that still causes this issue? and the Dyn file too. Have you tried just with two elements to start with?
