Show viewfilter name list

I have created a dynamo script to purged unused filters. I can’t figure out how to output list of filters name as all shown as ‘ParameterFiletElement’ where I want to see the list of filters name that was purged. I don’t know if python scripts is require as I am currently learning and not sure where to find the syntax to get the filters name.
