I am picking a Divided Surface with a Adaptive pattern Family for node coordinates into Dynamo, But there is a certain shift in the coordinate points picked inside Dynamo. Can someone highlight the reason for this shift?

Could it be that your panel families locations are shifted in their family? Element.GetLocation will give the center point of your families. You can try to use AdaptiveComponent.Locations node.
