I found this in the meantime:

Modify parameters in instances of familes that are not placed

Is it possible to use Dynamo to modify parameters in family types that have not yet been places in a project? I have done this for types that have been placed, so I am trying to avoid the need to place family just so I can modify their parameters.

Where did you find this method with buildin parameters? (I mean with Dynamo nodes)
