Set shared parameter Boolean TYPE value in Python (Shared param file unavailable)

Trying to set a Boolean Type Shared Parameter named “ASSET” but cannot seem to get a grip on how… The “ASSET” portion of the ELIF below and the commented code don’t work throws an error in any case:
