I have been exploring Dynamo for some time now and have following query. The goal I am looking to achieve as part of selective & parametric family is as below.
Goal: Create a set of families in Revit which contain predefined set of parameters for multiple configurations. Some of the parameters are interdependent and are driven by formulae such that when one parameter is changed, the available values for other parameters change based on a predefined logic. Secondly the number of parameters need to be represented in the form of dropdown controls in Revit property palette. Finally, the number of available and configurable parameters also vary from configuration to configuration which is currently defined in an excel spreadsheet along with the possible values.
<p class=“p1”><span class=“s1”>After all the parameters are set correctly, the Revit family model or its instance should be updated to represent the new geometry as per the given parameters.</span></p>
<p class=“p1”>Question: Is it possible to design such family in Revit using Dynamo which can be deployed and can be configured by the users as per their requirements?</p>
