Previous way works, If needed to add intelligence to it I use the method below.
This filter all spaces (Rooms) with the area on 4.953m² as that is the typical area of an office in the job I’m doing; on big projects, this is useful keeping track of difference spaces etc.
I just took a snip it from a working script so may not be the clearest.
