Room merging

Hi,
I want to place one whole room but It only works to make 3 small separated rooms.
I have checked room separator and wall boundings but couldn’t find any solutions
How do I make those to only one room?

Are you using Dynamo to create the rooms or does this happen when auto-placing? Can you post a copy of the Revit model for us to look at?
