Remove specified view from specified sheet

hello all
i need to remove one legend from 64 sheet
i use element.delete from archilab but it delete the legend from the inter project, all i need to do to remove it not to delete it

Have you tried to delete the viewports instead of the views? Viewports are the views placed on sheets, while views are the element itself, those you can see in the project browser. Try this one from rhythm:
