Recovering corrupt Dynamo File

Just opened my Dynamo file and it seems to be corrupt. Revit 2018. Version 1.3.1.1736

It currently looks like this when I open it.

Does anyone know how to go about recovering it? The last thing I remember doing was when I was closing down I got a pop up asking If I wanted to save unsaved changes.

Just got it to work smoothly as well. Always the case.
