I would like to start the quantity take off from Form IT to Assemble, very likely using Revit to enrich the copy with metadata. The aim is to report the copy from both Revit & Formit together using the same criteria.
Has somebody experience in this domain?
I guess I can group copy in Form IT using dynamo, using the information in properties such as layer or material.
What is a viable workflow, regarding
-Possibilities to group copy in Form IT
-export file format,
-add-ins that transfer the models
-Categories in Revit to assign the Form IT copy to.
The copy & the dimension go through…how can I organize it?
