I have created a new profile in Dynamo, then I wanted to add PVIs to it, but for some reason the latter was not successful. Do you have any idea what the problem is?

try to delete the profile before rerun.
For this issue I use object delete and [waitfor pass] code block to delete and recreate the profile first in every run.

I don’t undestand fully your video, but I manually deleted the generated “empty” profile from the modellspace after the first run and then rerun the process again. The result was the same.

You certainly haven’t installed the NumPy package yet…
I was trying to show its strage behaviour, but in this case I have no idea. Have you tried changing the lacing options?
