Any idea why the first and last point are not aligned?

Can’t really share but its 2 circles lofted intersecting with planes (levels) that gives me a surface.
From there i get the Surface. Perimeter

Same here. Don’t know the reason though. Additional (invisible) circles at both ends would be a possible workaround…
I ended up recreating a plane and re-intersecting with the circle… seems like a waste of computer power
