Placing a single instance of a family along model lines

Hi,

I am trying to place a line-based family along model lines in my project. I got dynamo to sort of get the geometry in Revit; however, these are not aligned along the model lines and just lay flat on the ground. Can someone please suggest and guide me on how to go about fixing this? Any help would be appreciated. I have attached a snapshot of my dynamo graph as well as how they look in Revit currently.

This is how the family shows in Revit. The red lines depict the model lines I want the line-based family on.

think line base model families requires a plane as well could you use an adaptive component family instead and grab the start/end points?

Or you can use a Structural Framing family:
