Is there a way to “turn on” (pin) and “turn off” (unpin) all node preview bubbles with one click?

did anyone find a way to keep the all the nodes open and pinned , it has been 2 years ?
Data Shapes has a button that does the second half of this (unpin). Still not sure of a way to pin all

Yes, that button unpins all the previews that I have pinned.
