I would like to you whether you are aware if Autodesk or someone else has already prepared and published scripts or workflows allowing to extract information such as windows , orientation, areas etc for masterplanning from Revit linked models ?

There are a lot of graphs out there to extract information from linked models, tons of good stuff in the Bimorph package in particular. The specific aspects for master planning is hard to speak to, as what you want to gather is likely different from what someone else might want to gather.
